We offer phased array and conventional ultrasonic testing of nozzle branch welds. We utilize an encoded nozzle weld scanner to achieve this which increases the probability of defect detection. The scanner can be used on nozzle branch welds up to 30" inch pipe diameter on both ferrous and non-ferrous piping.

We can generate advanced ultrasonic and phased array scan plans that determines the focal laws for complex components and weld configurations using the eclipse scientific Beamtool ultrasonic modelling software . The software allows for probe parameters to be manipulated on an imported scale drawing of the component.
